In case you missed it: 53-year-old Blur/Gorillaz frontman Damon Albarn publicly slammed Taylor Swift and claimed that she doesn’t write her own music…he subsequently got slammed by Taylor’s good friend Jack Antonoff. More on that here.
Now Albarn is responding to both Antonoff and Swift, apologizing on Twitter by writing in response to ‘Cats’ superstar Taylor, 32: “I totally agree with you. i had a conversation about songwriting and sadly it was reduced to clickbait. I apologise unreservedly and unconditionally. The last thing I would want to do is discredit your songwriting. I hope you understand.”
