30-year-old BIG BANG THEORY actress Kaley Cuoco recently took to Instagram to show off bruises she got while trying a new health trend – cupping!
She wrote alongside a pic of her bruises and tattoos: “I jumped on the cupping bandwagon and I liked it ????????.”
The process of cupping involves placing suction-like cups on one’s back to alleviate the pain of the tissue underneath; and with all of Kaley’s horseback riding this might be something really good for her. Check out the pic below:
