Britney Spears, 39, will be appearing virtually on her next court-date on June 23 to discuss her conservatorship battle!

The LA Superior Court stated this past Monday in a press-release that “all parties, including Ms. Spears, are scheduled to appear remotely.” The statement continues: “Limited seating will be available in the courtroom and in an overflow courtroom with a live audio feed from the courtroom.” It also states that fans will be able to “listen remotely to the hearing” however “cameras will not be permitted” inside.

This is going to be the first time Britney will be talking to the judge who’s presiding over her conservatorship battle, Brenda Penny. Britney’s main concern is getting her father Jamie Spears removed from her life, with a source saying: “She (Britney) feels that ending the conservatorship entirely can always be discussed down the road, but right now the issue is Jamie.”
