In a recent Instagram post, Britney reminisced about a trip to Polynesia where she snapped a pic that got a whopping 4 million likes. “That’s pretty high for me…” she quipped, before giving herself a well-deserved pat on the back. “It was tasteful, I thought!”
The series of photos included shots of Britney trying on dresses in an outdoor shower (ooh la la!), landing in Mexico, and lounging on a boat in her favorite turquoise bathing suit. Sadly, she’s lost track of said swimsuit, but she’s staying hopeful.
This trip down memory lane comes exactly one year after Britney and her hubby, Sam Asghari, jetted off to Polynesia for his birthday. The lovebirds tied the knot a few months later, but Britney’s still feeling nostalgic about their pre-marital escapades.
In fact, she recently posted a video of the couple dancing around a bonfire and mariachi band in Mexico, accompanied by the caption, “Before I got married…so happy and silly here!” We don’t know about you, but we’re loving this confident, carefree version of Britney. Keep slaying, girl!
