29-year-old ‘The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants’ actress Blake Lively will be starring in a new murder mystery about a “chronic perfectionist.”
Blake will play the role of Cecilia Fitzpatrick in he film. Cecilia’s “suburban bubble is burst when she finds a note from her husband addressed to her with instructions to open it in the event of his death. But he’s still alive. She then discovers a secret that her husband has been keeping from her for years, which leads her to realize that her life is built on a foundation of lies and murder.”
Lively will also act as executive producer of the adaptation by CBS films though the director is still not known. ‘The Husband’s Secret’ was written by the same author of ‘Big Little Lies’ – the inspiration behind the HBO hit series.
