On Raquelle Stevens' podcast, 'Giving Back Generation,' Gomez opened up about the traumatic body-shaming she experiencing, saying: "I experienced with my weight fluctuation for the first time. I have lupus and deal with kidney issues and high blood pressure, so I deal with a lot of health issues, and for me that’s when I really started noticing more of the body image stuff." Will claims that the flight attendant asked him to put away his headphones so he could hear flight announcements, and that he complied "quickly and politely." He says however, that the attendant named Lorraine Marshall proceeded to alert five police officers who arrived to "intimidate" him upon arrival at his destination in Brisbane.
