23-year-old ‘Side to Side’ singer Ariana Grande will be teaming up with Grammy winner John Legend, 38, for the theme song in Disney’s upcoming live-action adaptation of ‘Beauty & The Beast.’
The original theme for ‘Beauty & The Beast’ was written by Howard Ashman and composer Alan Menken in 1991 and it won the Oscar for Best Original Song in 1992. The original theme was sung by Angela Lansbury and was later given a more modern rendition by Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson.
This year the song will be produced by Grammy winner and A&R exec Ron Fair alongside Disney’s President Of Music and Soundtracks – Mitchell Leib.
