Shiloh’s sisters Zahara and Vivienne joined her on the outing in Anaheim, CA; and were also joined by some of Shiloh’s very close friends from Cambodia. A source says: “All [Shiloh] wanted for her birthday was to see her friends from Cambodia. She wants to show them America.”
