Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj’s stints on ‘American Idol’ may be over but that hasn’t stopped people from talking about their on-camera feud!
A ‘leaked’ behind-the-scenes video even showed the two arguing during an early audition.
Now producers of the show are speaking out, namely Mark Darnell – FOX’s former President Of Alternative Programming. Darnell sayid during a recent panel: “The one you think was the problem (Nicki) – she wasn’t the problem.” Producer Nigel Lythgoe adds: “Nicki was not the problem…There are tapes buried in chainsaw.”
