Throwback of the Week: Old School Hilary Duff

I remember the first time I ever heard So Yesterday -it’s as if it was just yesterday (just had to), and I remember wondering who’s that girl – she’s so amazing.

I remember firing up my dial-up connection and Googling the lyrics only to find out that it was none other than the Disney Channel’s Lizzie Mcguire and I fell in love.

Metamorphosis was one of the first ever albums I ever bought and instantly fell in love with every track.

The Duffster always had that feel-good quality about her music and personality that I don’t think any other teen queen since has been able to encompass.

Sure Britney was always as smiley-faced but she never did have the same allure that Duff had and always seemed manufactured.

Anyhoo todayI’m currently on a Duff binge- reliving the days of Metamorphosis, her Most Wanted album and even Dignity.
